Abstract Products containing beneficial bacteria for humans have been widely used recently. The in these products generally belong to the genus Lactobacillus. Among species of this genus, Lactobacillus casei attracts a lot interest due their valuable properties. With properties, many L.casei strains can be as probiotics. Based on recommendation FAO/WHO probiotic bacteria, our study strain LC 304.08 was identified based morphology and biochemical properties well nucleotide sequence 16S rDNA. then evaluated its vitro such ability survive at low pH presence bile salt, produce antibacterial substances enzyme safety regarding hemolytic antibiotic resistance. results showed that casei.
